At Curvy Bras, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with tags attached. Our goal is to ensure you find the perfect fit and style for your unique shape without any added stress.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed, unworn bras with all original packaging and tags into the shipping box or a secure poly mailer.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
